How Euro-Information simplified secure video appointments with clients

Euro-Information, the IT services arm of Crédit Mutuel Group, needed to modernize its video appointment service to make client connections simpler, secure and fully interoperable with its existing Skype for Business and room video infrastructure. Presented with rising demand during the pandemic, the organization sought a solution that could be hosted in its own data centers, support WebRTC (no client downloads), guarantee confidentiality, and be branded for its banking groups — requirements that led them to Pexip and its Virtual Meeting Rooms, interoperability and room management capabilities.

Pexip delivered a WebRTC-based solution (VMR, interoperability and terminal management) deployed as a proof of concept in March 2021 and rolled out from June 2021, hosted in Euro-Information’s French data centers to meet security rules. The result: transparent interoperability, rapid user adoption, and a measurable time saving for account managers and clients; the service received consistently positive usability feedback and was in use across all Euro-Information customers and members by Q1 2022.
