The Government of Northwest Territories engaged Pexip to address poor-quality video experiences, lack of interoperability between systems, and the high cost of their previous video platform. The Government of Northwest Territories reported increased video utilization, successful transfer of face-to-face meetings to video, better meeting experience and platform management, and rated Pexip significantly better for scalability, customization, data control/privacy and interoperability.
