The National Office for Family Allocations (CNAF), France’s family benefits agency with 35,000+ employees and 101 regional branches, needed to unify a complex telephony/video estate—two dedicated data centers, 386 Cisco room systems and Office 365/Teams—while preserving its Cisco investment, ensuring data sovereignty and enabling hybrid working. CNAF selected Pexip and its Pexip Infinity platform (on‑premise and cloud) to address interoperability and migration challenges.

Pexip implemented Pexip Infinity with a CVI gateway, One Touch Join and customized domain/client interfaces (in partnership with SPIE ICS) to connect legacy Cisco devices to Microsoft Teams and Office 365. As a result, 35,000 employees now use a single, simple meeting environment; all 386 Cisco endpoints interoperate with Teams; the rollout supported widespread Teams adoption during the pandemic; and CNAF achieved an environmentally responsible, cost‑efficient migration that extended device lifecycles and preserved ROI.
