C2IT transitions to Microsoft Teams without changing their hardware or workflows

C2IT Group, a Danish IT services company of about 100 employees, faced the need to migrate from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams without replacing its significant investment in Poly room hardware, changing user workflows, or disrupting operations during the COVID‑19 shift to remote work. Partner AVDAN introduced Pexip and its cloud-based offerings (Pexip Service, Enterprise Room Connector, Pexip for Microsoft Teams and One‑Touch Join) to address those constraints.

Pexip implemented its Enterprise Room Connector on the Pexip Service to register C2IT’s Poly devices and provide Microsoft Teams Cloud Video Interop with One‑Touch Join; the full setup took just two and a half days. The result was a seamless, cost‑efficient transition that preserved existing hardware and workflows, avoided retraining, accelerated companywide adoption during COVID‑19, and positioned C2IT Group for hybrid work while meeting GDPR and security expectations.
