Gateway Fellowship Church, a growing multi-site church based in San Antonio, needed a secure, trackable way to enable operational spending as staff and volunteer leaders expanded into new locations. Prior reliance on shared credit cards, reimbursements, cash advances and petty cash created reporting headaches and made it difficult to give non-staff volunteer leaders controlled access to funds.
