C&W Services, a leader in outsourced facilities management, was helping a major pharmaceutical client at a North Carolina site move from a reactive maintenance model to a reliability-focused culture. The facility had struggled with ineffective preventive maintenance, limited CMMS data, no predictive maintenance, and rising maintenance costs, making it difficult to prevent downtime and manage critical assets effectively.
