CHC Care Network, a six-hospital network in Liège, Belgium, struggled with fragmented, paper-based on-call schedules that caused slow, error-prone communication and risks to patient safety. To centralize schedules, eliminate paper lists, standardize processes and improve reachability, CHC selected PetalMD’s Petal On-Call solution.
PetalMD implemented a real-time, centralized on-call platform with mobile access, secure messaging, autonomous shift swaps, a centralized staff directory and analytics, deployed across all six hospitals over about one year and onboarding nearly 1,000 physicians and staff.
