Mavi, a global lifestyle and denim brand, wanted to bring the loyalty-driven, personalized experience from its brick-and-mortar stores to its mono-brand online storefront. To increase online loyalty and conversions while preserving brand image, Mavi engaged Perzonalization to provide a state-of-the-art personalization solution—specifically Perzonalization’s product recommendations—tailored to shoppers’ browsing behavior.

Perzonalization implemented tailored recommendation blocks across Mavi.com (homepage “Our Picks For You”, category pages, product pages, cart and even 404 pages) using algorithms like Related, Recently Viewed, Popular and Frequently Bought Together to speed discovery and boost AOV. Since deploying Perzonalization in 2014, recommendation revenue has grown 100x, personalization now drives 17% of Mavi’s online sales, and in 2018 Perzonalization generated 98M recommendation views that translated into 84K additional product sales, with pages containing Perzonalization recommendations consistently outperforming others.
