Elizabeth’s Bookshop boosts online sales with PerthWeb after 20+ years of web upgrades

Elizabeth's Bookshop, a long-time institution with stores in Western Australia and Sydney, faced the challenge of remaining relevant against large online sellers in the rapidly changing retail book industry. Their goal was to leverage their unique branding and range of books while delivering a slick online retail experience, requiring a new e-commerce platform that could also power their listings on the ABE Books marketplace. They partnered with PerthWeb Design to address these needs.

PerthWeb Design implemented a solution by upgrading the bookshop to the WooCommerce platform, moving them from an aged system. They developed a website with a unique vintage feel that promoted the brand and store experience while providing a great online shop. As a result of this new design and platform, online sales for Elizabeth's Bookshop are now on the increase.
