PERSUIT implemented its competitive bidding platform, enabling JLL to run mini-RFPs with preferred firms, receive fixed-fee proposals in days, and use a one-hour auto-negotiation period for matter-by-matter price revisions. The results included 6 combined price revisions in one hour, savings of up to 41% on proposed fees, and $103,000 saved on a single matter versus the initial market average price.
