A Personnel Data Systems (PDS) Case Study
Jingoli-DCO Energy & Affiliates faced the common challenge of turning scattered HR data into actionable, strategic insights to improve hiring, retention, performance and cross‑border payroll decisions. To build a single source of truth and deliver people analytics to managers and HR, Jingoli‑DCO engaged Personnel Data Systems (PDS) and adopted PDS’s Vista HCM and Vista Analytics capabilities.
PDS implemented Vista to standardize data capture, configure role‑based reporting and build custom dashboards (Vista Reporting and Vista Analytics), giving Jingoli‑DCO one place to monitor headcount, turnover, training and performance metrics. As a result, Jingoli‑DCO achieved faster report generation, clearer visibility into attrition drivers and training completion, and the ability to run targeted retention and workforce‑planning actions—demonstrable improvements in reporting speed and data‑driven decision making delivered by PDS.
