Case Study: Raisin achieves structured HR and streamlined processes with Personio

A Personio Case Study

Preview of the Raisin Case Study

Structuring the HR department with Personio

Raisin, a Berlin-based fintech founded in 2012 that operates in 28 countries and partners with 80 banks, faced mounting HR challenges as headcount grew to around 320 employees: manual applicant management, time-consuming vacation approvals, fragmented employee data, no company-wide absence overview, missing reports, and poor visibility into recruiting channel performance. To address this, Raisin turned to Personio and adopted Personio’s HR management tool and cloud solution hosted in Europe.

Personio implemented a structured, configurable HR system with candidate tracking, employee self-service for payslips and master-data updates (bank details, addresses), and dynamic reporting. The result was faster, more transparent recruiting and absence management, reduced administrative burden for payroll staff, secure German-cloud data storage, and the ability to generate key reports and exports with a few clicks—delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and oversight for Raisin.
