International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), a membership organization for legal IT professionals, needed to modernize its website and registration workflows and address issues like duplicate customer records and limited meeting questionnaire support. To achieve responsive web functionality and new registration options, ILTA decided to upgrade to Personify360 v7.6.0, which offered Register Someone Else on the web, responsive .NET controls, improved duplicate checking, and back-office questionnaire entry.

ILTA worked with Personify’s Professional Services and Hosting teams and combined the upgrade with a public site redesign on the DNN platform to align eBusiness pages.
