Adoption exceeded 75% (76% at one conference), 92% of respondents were satisfied and found the app easy to use, 83% used it for Q&A and 81% preferred it to a printed directory—improving engagement, reducing onsite workload and delivering measurable ROI through higher attendee satisfaction and likely repeat attendance.
