DBS, the Singapore-based bank, wanted to make everyday banking more effortless for customers by helping them stay on top of spending, payments, and account activity. To address this, DBS worked with Personetics and launched the digibank app with new insights features and smart shortcuts.

Personetics helped DBS deliver personalized notifications, spending analysis, bill reminders, transfer and refund alerts, and real-time irregularity detection such as double charges or higher-than-usual GIRO payments. The solution also offered savings recommendations and adaptive shortcuts based on user behavior, helping customers avoid late fees, track funds automatically, and manage money more proactively; however, no specific numerical impact was provided.
