Rently is a web-based platform that enables property managers and agents to offer self-service property tours, and it needed a fast, secure way to onboard and verify hundreds of thousands of users each month while protecting access to private properties. Rently turned to Persona’s verification platform to ensure the online identity matches the person requesting physical access, enabling safe digital-to-offline key handoffs without adding friction for users.

Persona implemented automated Workflows, Signals (including location checks), Queues for targeted manual review, and Accounts-based re-verification so Rently could automate decisioning across geographies and ID types while routing only flagged cases to a small ops team. The result: Persona cut down most manual review work, supports Rently’s high-volume self-tours, streamlines smooth re-verification for repeat visitors, and preserves the security needed for property access.
