Persona’s identity verification platform—offering global coverage (192 countries, 8 languages), customizable UI components, and a responsive implementation team—was rolled out to provide quick, painless verifications. Since launching with Persona, verifications average about 2 minutes, conversion rates have remained steady, MyRent can detect potential fraud earlier using Persona’s risk signals, and the internal team has been freed to focus on marketplace improvements.
