Persistent Systems worked with a global premier consumer electronics company, one of the world’s most recognizable brands, to address fragmented territory and account management. The company was using multiple legacy systems and manual processes, which created low visibility into historical data, limited territory planning and modeling, and reduced overall efficiency and productivity. Persistent Systems used Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management, supported by Mulesoft and Sales Cloud, to help consolidate and manage the data.

Persistent Systems implemented a single source of truth for territory and account data, with automated and manual assignment capabilities, audit logs, and what-if territory planning scenarios. The solution expanded from two initial regions to 10 regions and more than 200 territories, serving over 1,000 users. It improved sales, reduced costs, saved time in managing territories and accounts, and strengthened customer and territory coverage.
