Syneos Health accelerates solution delivery to clients with Persistent’s Center of Excellence for Intelligent Automation

Syneos Health, a company that helps drug companies with development, clinical trials, marketing, sales, and other services, needed to improve solution delivery efficiency and speed. To address this challenge, Syneos Health worked with Persistent Systems and used Appian’s capabilities along with Persistent’s Center of Excellence model.

Persistent Systems implemented a CoE-based approach with accelerators and reusable use cases to speed up implementation and delivery. The result was solution delivery that was 2–4 weeks faster, contributing to multi-million-dollar revenue acceleration, and Syneos Health also reduced staffing lead time from 4–6 weeks to just a couple of days.
