Persistent Systems implemented a solution that included taking over product support, developing a new roadmap, and re-badging 100 of the client's employees to optimize resources. The engagement resulted in significant savings, totaling over $124 million to date with a projected five-year savings of $200 million. Persistent Systems also paid for source code licenses and continues to have 100 FTEs working on the next-generation data warehousing development for the client.
