Persistent built reusable Lightning components, generic access models, a library data app, and a solution capable of inserting more than 10,000 records in a single request. The implementation improved real-time reporting through ATS integration, eliminated manual assignment steps, and reduced hiring-related effort by about 50%, with overall efficiency up 60% and manual work saving 1–2 hours per person per day. Persistent also improved production issue turnaround, helping increase adoption and reduce errors.
