The customer needed to speed up engineering, add product features faster, and improve topline revenue, with particular focus on Data Performance Engineering, SRE/DevOps, CVE remediation, and product engineering for its big data and Apache Spark-based platform.

Persistent Systems built an extended offshore team of 41 engineers in four months, cleared a major security backlog by fixing vulnerabilities at the library level, introduced an automated end-to-end performance benchmarking framework, and provided 24/5 production support plus SRE/DevOps automation. The work helped transfer KTLO responsibilities to Persistent Systems, reallocate 30-40% of the client CORE team’s bandwidth to higher-value work, accelerate vulnerability remediation for a critical FEDRAMP release, and improve turnaround time and cost efficiency through performance testing automation.
