The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) required a highly scalable and secure cloud-based research platform for its vast and rapidly growing data sets. NSE partnered with Persistent Systems to create a solution that would allow researchers to access and analyze high-frequency data while addressing critical security concerns.

Persistent Systems implemented the NSE Dataroom on the Google Cloud Platform, utilizing services like Virtual Machine, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery. The solution provided a secure, robust, and cost-effective platform that gave NSE full control over data access. This enabled researchers to perform analytics efficiently while ensuring no data misuse, and the system is built to scale with data growing at a rate of nearly one terabyte daily.
