Persistent Systems implemented DELMIA Production Planning & Scheduling across Novares’ plants, giving the company a single, visual scheduling tool with automated computation, alerts, and the ability to manage constraints and alternative resources. The results included a 98.5% group-wide customer service level, more than 90% supplier service level, improved plant productivity, lower inventory levels and obsolescence, and fewer exceptional shipments, along with faster, better-structured decision-making.
