Persistent Systems helped a leading managed healthcare and insurance provider modernize three customer-facing Microsoft .NET applications as part of a move to AWS. The customer needed to refactor the apps to .NET Core, run them in containers or serverless services, address cloud anomalies, and maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations while also improving ETL and deployment automation.

Persistent Systems implemented a cloud solution using AWS API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS Fargate, Step Functions, and supporting services such as Directory Service, Parameter Store, RDS, SES, S3, and ECR, with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning. The result was three major applications running on AWS with centralized access control, full regulatory compliance, and lower TCO through on-demand usage and flexible resource selection.
