Major US Media, one of the top 3 media conglomerates in the US, needed help completing a half-implemented sales transformation project after the previous vendor discontinued work at 60% completion. Persistent Systems stepped in to address end-to-end sales process implementation, integration with legacy systems, and retirement of a Siebel-based CRM with data migration, using Salesforce and MuleSoft.

Persistent Systems implemented accounts and contact management, opportunity lifecycle management, staff and account transfers, and a customized accounting calendar. The solution migrated more than 100,000 opportunities, managed over 25,000 accounts, and provided a 360-degree view of the sales organization for more than 300 users across 8 US regions, while automating allocation, approval, and revenue calculation processes and integrating multiple legacy systems through MuleSoft.
