Persistent Systems worked with a leading life science research and clinical diagnostic company to build an AWS-based platform for monetizing lab and partner data for quality control assessment and historical result calibration. The customer also needed critical peer comparison capabilities and a way to bring together data from on-premises and legacy systems.

Persistent Systems migrated data from Azure SQL to Amazon Neptune and from Azure Cosmos DB to AWS DynamoDB, used AWS DMS and custom APIs for data acquisition, and built centralized logging across multiple accounts. Persistent Systems also moved the existing web application to AWS and used Power BI for reporting, resulting in a more scalable and secure platform, lower costs, intuitive reporting, and a 20% improvement in report turnaround time.
