A Persistent Systems Case Study

Preview of the Leading Indian Bank Case Study

Indian private sector bank reduces overheads and improves turn around time with robust integration architecture

Persistent Systems helped a leading Indian bank serving more than 7 million customers modernize its enterprise integration landscape. The bank needed a blueprint for an end-to-end integration platform, API management to expose consumer APIs internally and externally, governed reference data management, and a path to migrate the platform to an alternative product stack.

Persistent Systems implemented a middleware architecture with operational intelligence, developed 1,400+ services, and integrated 30+ applications. Using MongoDB for a secure reference data vault with role-based access control, Persistent Systems also supported BAU operations with DevOps tooling, helping the bank improve productivity, reduce implementation costs, and speed turnaround time while strengthening regulatory compliance.
