Persistent Systems helped a leading kidney dialysis service provider in the US, which operates more than 2,000 outpatient dialysis centers, address manual operations and limited configurability in its legacy systems. To support new payer contracts and changing patient care needs, the customer wanted to improve patient visibility and automate enrollment and queue management using Salesforce Health Cloud.

Persistent Systems implemented Salesforce Health Cloud with configurable enrollment workflows, automated queuing logic, and a configurable patient category list to better prioritize dialysis patients. Persistent Systems also deployed Salesforce Lightning Service Console to improve the user experience and reduce clicks. The result was a boost in enrollment within four months, with 40 enrollments completed in the first week, along with improved real-time call visibility, better staffing, and more efficient resource utilization.
