The solution enabled a new Missed Call/SMS banking channel in under four weeks, replaced manual paper-based mandate registration with e-mandate processing, reduced implementation cost and turnaround time, and supported more than 700 services with CI/CD-driven DevOps for faster incident resolution and twice-weekly deployments.
