La Confrérie des Domaines, a French wine exporter serving 64 countries, needed to unify the tools and systems used by its merged businesses, DAD Languedoc Wines and Vinitrio, and centralize operations in Salesforce. With support from Persistent Systems, the company set out to streamline sales, invoicing, inventory, and reporting across its growing portfolio of 40 partner wine growers.

Persistent Systems implemented a multi-cloud Salesforce solution including Sales Cloud, Sofacto, Tableau, and later Pardot Plus, integrating Vinitrio’s ERP and replacing older billing and reporting tools. The result was a single platform that reduced double entry, improved order and invoice management, enabled real-time reporting, and gave La Confrérie des Domaines a clearer view of customer behavior to support more personalized marketing and new business opportunities.
