Persistent Systems helped Mediatoon, part of the French group Média-Participations, address rapid growth in comic book and derivative merchandise sales in France. Mediatoon needed to modernize its online sales strategy, but its in-house CMS lacked both a CRM for order management and a unified knowledge base, making it difficult to manage orders and deliver a personalized customer experience.
