Healthcare solutions provider dramatically expands clinic network with next-gen cloud platform

Persistent Systems helped a global Software Service Provider modernize its clinic practice management platform so it could scale its partner network and improve patient and administrative workflows. The customer was struggling with an outdated ASP.NET-based stack that limited UI customization and made it difficult to support key processes like onboarding, scheduling, billing, and EHR while meeting healthcare security and compliance requirements.

Persistent Systems redesigned the front end in ReactJS, migrated the core platform to .NET Core, connected it with API-first back-end services, and moved tenant data to Azure SQL with CI/CD automation and Azure-native containers. The company also added Azure Data Lake Storage Gen-2 to support future AI and machine learning use cases. As a result, the customer expanded its clinic network from 20 to 100, improved administrative workflows, and cut tasks like appointment confirmation from weeks to hours.
