The platform enabled faster loan approvals, moving from 3 days to minutes, while providing a robust core banking foundation, a configurable admin portal, and flexible integration with brokers and channels; the impact included £¼ billion in total loans disbursed, 34,000 credit union members, 99% of API calls meeting the 10-second SLA, and a 45% increase in average loan amount.
