A leading Indian bank faced the challenge of extending its services to new customers in rural areas without adding expensive new resources. Persistent built a doorstep banking solution on the Google Cloud tech stack, which used Dista’s engine to intelligently assign service requests to the closest available financial agent. This automated scheduling and routing optimized the entire field operation. As a result, the bank reported a significant increase in agent productivity, a fall in operating costs, and a reduction in service delays within just three months of implementation.
