The solution accelerated product development, supported a 1000% revenue growth over a decade, and enabled the seamless integration of acquisitions, such as porting 10,000 email accounts in just 12 hours. It also resulted in significant cost savings, starting with an initial $1.5 million saved on email, and allowed IT management to scale efficiently, with one person overseeing over 20,000 user accounts.
