Persistent Systems built an NLP-based sentiment analysis system on Google Cloud that ingests consumer reviews and Twitter data into BigQuery for processing via DataFlow, with dashboards in DataStudio for reporting. Using tools such as Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, GKE, Cloud Storage, DataFlow, BigQuery, and DataStudio, Persistent Systems enabled automated analysis of overall brand and product sentiment, helping the client improve products, assess brand sentiment, and guide brand repositioning and campaign planning.
