Redwood Residential used data-driven marketing insights to measure digital advertising effectiveness and improve spend performance across its multifamily properties. The company wanted better visibility into what was converting in real time, which sources were producing the most valuable leads and leases, and how to reduce cost per lead and cost per lease.

To address that need, Redwood Residential implemented PERQ’s AI-driven website software and Marketing Intelligence reporting on its property websites. The company said PERQ helped deliver an average web traffic to lease conversion rate of 7.75%, a peak monthly traffic conversion of 12%, and a cost per lease of $3.23, while also attributing 26.30% of scheduled tours to PERQ’s online tour scheduler and 60% of web traffic-to-lead conversion during the measured period.
