TWG Property Management Group, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, manages a portfolio of 30 properties ranging from market rate to affordable housing. Looking to better understand renters, get qualified profiles to leasing agents, and increase occupancy, TWG partnered with PERQ and its web engagement software for two property websites: Flats at Switch and Lockerbie Lofts.

With PERQ’s web engagement experiences, including “What floorplan is right for me?” and “See if you’re pre-qualified,” TWG increased lead generation and renter engagement. In the first 60 days, Flats at Switch generated 124 leads, up from a benchmark of 10 per month, with a 44% average lift in monthly lead conversion, while Lockerbie Lofts generated 278 leads, up from 24 per month, with a 480% average lift; both sites also reached web conversion rates above 8%.
