After cutting PERQ and seeing lead quality drop, the dealership turned PERQ’s Deal Arrangement tool back on and added the Trade tool. In the last quarter on PERQ’s site, Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City received 206 leads that led to 26 sales, a 12.42% conversion rate, and $81,916 in gross profit; in a separate 90-day result from PERQ’s Deal Arrangement tool, it recorded 6 leads, 26 sales, 4 cars sold, and $81,916 total gross profit.
