La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries of Ottawa & Kingston wanted to increase weekday showroom traffic and encourage more shoppers to use its free design services. The retailer turned to PERQ to improve lead follow-up and book more design appointments while staying in touch with customers earlier in the buying process.

In the first nine months, 69% of La-Z-Boy designers’ consultations came through PERQ’s automated email nurture, and the company reported a 30X lead increase, an 8.84% lead-to-sale conversion rate, and a 42.75% email open rate. La-Z-Boy also said design services grew from 20% to 25% of business to 30% to 35%.
