Jenkins & Wynne, a Honda, Ford, and Lincoln dealer with more than 60 years in the auto business and three websites, was looking for better trade-in lead quality after using AutoTrader’s trade-in tool through Dealertrack and Ford Direct. Vendor PERQ helped them set a goal to improve results with its Trade+ Appraisal Plus product.

PERQ implemented Trade+ Appraisal Plus, and within the first 45 days Jenkins & Wynne saw 91 website leads, a 247% increase in leads captured, and a 19% lead-to-sale conversion rate. Of those leads, 71% were ready to buy now, 18% were ready within 90 days, and 53% also requested help acquiring a loan, resulting in 16 vehicles sold during the period.
