Four Seasons Ford, a dealership in Hendersonville, North Carolina that also serves Asheville and Greenville, wanted to generate more qualified leads from its website traffic and build deeper consumer profiles to better understand customer needs. The dealership, which keeps about 150 vehicles on the lot, began using PERQ Web Engagement in August 2015 and later upgraded because it wanted stronger lead volume and more detailed information across different lead types.

PERQ implemented the Advanced package of PERQ Web Engagement, extending trade-in experiences to price and special offer leads with website personalization and detailed reporting. In the 60 days before the upgrade, Four Seasons Ford captured 32 trade-in leads; in the 60 days after, it received 83 leads, or 41 a month, a 215% increase in average monthly leads. The dealership also learned that 25 leads came from the E-Price experience, 13 from special offers, and 45 from trade, helping its team personalize follow-up based on consumer profiles.
