Findlay Kia, a 14-page service department and certified pre-owned vehicle operation in Las Vegas, was looking for a better way to generate leads. Mark Olson, the dealership’s Director of E-Commerce and Business Development, wanted a tool that could bring in more lead activity at a lower cost.
PERQ introduced Trade Appraisal Plus in August 2015, and Findlay Kia adopted it after seeing how it worked and what information it could collect. From September 2015 to March 2016, the dealership generated 3 leads and sold 35 cars through the tool, for nearly a 12% conversion rate. The case study also notes a 2% conversion lead to sale and says Findlay Kia averages 50 leads per month.
