Barrett & Stokely, a third-party multifamily property management company based in Indianapolis, wanted to get website visitors to stay longer on its property sites and help leasing specialists close more deals. To do that, it chose PERQ’s multifamily software after seeing a demonstration at the Indiana Apartment Association conference.

PERQ was implemented on the websites of four properties, including 82 Flats, Ascent, Crossroads Westside, and Axis on Lexington. In three months, Barrett & Stokely saw a 1,235% average lead lift per property, a 45% website visitor to lead conversion rate, a 2,550% return on investment, and 15 tours scheduled. The company also said it was seeing about one lease per week from the product and planned to add PERQ to additional properties.
