Auto Dealership Company used PERQ Web Engagement software to improve its online trade-in experience and help turn website visitors into showroom sales. The company was looking for a way to give shoppers valuable trade-in data while also generating more leads and sales from its dealership website.
PERQ added Kelley Blue Book data to the interactive trade-in experience, letting consumers enter vehicle details and receive an estimated value range before getting a special offer. In one California dealership example, leads increased from 56 to 207 and sales rose from 4 to 20 within 60 days, with lead-to-sale conversion improving from 7.14% to 9.67%. PERQ said a typical dealership could see as much as three times the leads, five times the sales, and a 9.2% higher average gross profit per unit sold from the trade portion of the solution.
