Families First streamlines learning for 40,000 families with Perpetual

Families First, a non-profit organization supporting families and children, faced challenges with its training platform, including manual certificate generation, an incompatible payment gateway, and a lack of specialized course content. They partnered with Perpetual to build a comprehensive and engaging learning platform to address these issues and help families become more self-sufficient.

Perpetual implemented a custom Open edX learning platform for Families First, which included an automated PDF certificate system, a consolidated PayPal payment process, and new instructional design services for content creation. The solution eliminated manual tasks for the operations team and streamlined the user payment process. Following the successful project, Perpetual was again hired to redesign the non-profit's corporate learning offerings.
