Harbour Dance Centre, a well-established Vancouver dance studio founded in 1985 and now led by Sabine Clifford, runs 120+ adult classes weekly and sought new ways to retain students and differentiate itself in a competitive market. The studio needed a simple system to reward loyalty and encourage continued attendance and purchases.

In July 2017 Harbour implemented Perkville, integrated with MINDBODY, to automatically award points for class attendance, workshops, and purchases that students redeem for free classes and discounts. The program deepened student engagement, helped attract new clients, and drove a 27% increase in annual revenue.
