Pure Barre - Customer Case Study

Pure Barre, the largest barre franchise in North America with over 475 studios, ran a pilot to test Perkville’s rewards and referral platform at 13 corporate locations from December 20, 2017 to May 31, 2018. The objective was to compare revenue and referral performance at pilot locations using Perkville against similar locations not using the platform.

The Perkville pilot produced a clear lift: May 2018 revenue increased 12.8% at pilot locations versus 3.2% for controls, and aggregate net revenue per location (Jan–May vs Dec 2017) rose $6,666 for pilots versus $504 for controls. Participation met Perkville’s benchmark with 3,263 registrations from 7,632 invites (43%), and the program generated referrals and new memberships alongside positive franchise feedback on ROI.
