F45 Training Cooper City, opened in July 2020 by Shawn Bailey and his wife, grew to more than 300 members with a team of eight despite launching during the COVID-19 pandemic. The studio needed a way to build and maintain membership while encouraging specific behaviors—boosting attendance at less popular class times, increasing use of LionHeart heart-rate monitors, and growing its presence through Google reviews.

The studio implemented Perkville through the MINDBODY marketplace to run a customized rewards program—offering points for attending targeted classes, wearing LionHeart monitors, and leaving reviews. The campaign drove a 57% increase in Google reviews, a 30% rise in LionHeart engagement, higher participation in less popular classes, and stronger overall member engagement (including new sales and renewed usage).
